John Vasilakis has 10 years of property management experience.  A residential management expert, he hold certificates in property management and is personally involved in the daily operations of the many buildings managed by Coverage Management.  John has extensive expertise in the areas of on- and off- site property operations and management, renovations, restorations and redesign, staff supervision and landlord / tenant issues.  John insists on providing superior service to our clients.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and worked as a staff accountant specializing in real estate at Rubin & Katz, LLP and Edward Isaacs & Company.  With his background in real estate accounting, he oversees all phases of financial planning, including cash management, investment consultation, securing short and long term financing, cash flow variance analysis and administers the preparation of operating and capital budgets for all Coverage Management properties.
